What does 360gradi
do?
“The greatest achievements are
reached by going through off-beaten, often rough
pathways and yet always moving step by step.”
Sun-Tzu

Fist step: Strategic Marketing
"(…) Thus do many calculations
lead to victory, and few calculations to
defeat: how much more no calculation at all!"
The art of war, Sun-tzu
Strategic Marketing:
First of all, we will try to understand
how your company is structured, and how it
works. Then we will ask you about your goals
and targets. What would you like to achieve
in the market? What is the position of your
company compared with your competitors’?
Once we have a clear view of the situation,
we will study a personalised marketing
strategy together with your managers, and
write down a marketing plan.
|
 |
Second step: Executive Marketing
“If one does not change direction,
one is more likely to get to destination.”
Anonymous Chinese proverb
Executive Marketing:
A good marketing strategy involves all
company departments: from production to
sales, from human resources to accounting
and finance…
As a matter of fact, the success of a
marketing plan comes from the coordination
of all departments, and their focus on a
common target. In this phase, our assistance
will be offered specifically to the division
managers, whose cooperation will be
essential in the periodical updating of a
control and optimisation plan. This will
give us a clear overview of the situation in
each department, and the chance of reviewing
our strategy to not miss the set targets.

Third
step: International Marketing
“An illusion consists in thinking
that a country could be industrialised by
building factories. Not at all.
Industrialisation is achieved by building
markets.”
Paul G.
Hoffman
International Marketing:
In cooperation with our world-wide net
of marketing consulting partners, we are
able to carry out country-targeted marketing
actions and to study the appropriate
marketing mix. We help companies understand
their position on the target market and
choose the right communication, sales and
distribution strategy according to their
product.

 |
Fourth step: Co-marketing
“In such a complex and uncertain
world, filled up with dangerous rivals, it
is better not to venture all alone.”
Kenichi
Ohmae
Co-marketing:
Co-marketing means negotiating
partnership agreements between companies,
aimed at common investments for carrying out
one or more marketing projects.
There are three main fields of cooperation:
technological/scientific research and
development; production optimisation;
approach to new markets. In the first case,
partner companies invest together to create
and develop research laboratories to improve
their products and services. In the second
case, partners join their production
resources or services, often moving their
production to foreign countries, in order to
create a higher-quality and/or less
expensive final product. In the third case,
companies share their project and cooperate
to strengthen their position in the market
and among their competitors, by acquiring a
bigger contractual power and more advantages
with suppliers, distributors or clients
thanks to their peculiarities. |
